I’ve not shared such contents because most of contents are in Japanese (only one book is in English). However seeing the situation that a lot of wrong information is spread, it’s better to show the chance to learn decent knowledge.
Beginner
1. The Book of Japanese Tea (English & Japanese)
Highly recommend for the beginner. The author Per Oscar Brekell is certified Japanese tea instructor and has more than 10 years experience in Japanese tea industory. It’s written in English and the information is comprehensive and decent to learn the basic knowledge of Japanese tea.
2. お抹茶のすべて (only in Japanese)
You can learn the basic knowledge of matcha. The author Kuwabara san is tea blender in Uji and he’s quite familiar with history and culture of Uji matcha.
3. 日本茶のすべてがわかる本 (only in Japanese)
Published by Japanse Tea Instructore association. It’s summary of Japanese tea instructor text book. You can understand the outline of comprhensive knowledge as Japanese tea professional.
Intermediate
4. 茶園管理12ヵ月 (only in Japanese)
Personally recommend. The quality of Japanese tea is from both cultivation and processing. In this book you can learn the foundation of cultivation.
