Like amount of leaf, amount of water, temperature, steeping time.
However if you want to brew more advanced, it’s better to watch the leaf.
There are always similar pattern that by opening the leaf the essence is extracted.
If you remember how many percent the leaf opened, you can adjust the brewing easily regardless of temperature, amount of water etc.
