There is old saying “良茶は畑から” Good tea is from farm.
When you keep seeking for quality tea, tea field will be the last destination.
Without good treatment of tea trees it’s alsmost impossible to make good tea.

When I visit tea field, I like to eat young tea leaves.
Recommend to ask the producer beforehand.

If young leaf is aromatic and tasty, there is potential of good tea.
If unlucky, you might eat quite bitter and astringent tea, which is also nice experience.
